1. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- your name and email address;
- account and authentication information;
- optional contact details you choose to provide, such as a phone number or Telegram username;
- purchase, access and payment-status information;
- workout information, including completed workouts, exercises, working weights, repetitions, RIR and progress history;
- progress information you voluntarily add, including body weight, measurements and progress photos;
- photos, videos or messages you voluntarily submit for support or technique feedback;
- technical information required to operate and secure the platform, such as IP address, device and browser information, session information, error logs and activity information.
We aim to collect only information reasonably required to provide and improve the service.
2. How we use information
We may use personal information to create and maintain accounts, provide access to purchased materials and workouts, save workout and progress history, calculate and display user statistics, provide support, respond to requests, protect platform security, prevent misuse and unauthorized access, process payments and maintain necessary financial records.
We do not use users' progress photos, videos, measurements or other personal materials for advertising, social media or public testimonials without separate permission.
Xenifit does not sell users' personal information.
3. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Lava.top.
Depending on the payment method selected, the payment provider may process card information, banking information, digital-wallet information, transaction details and other information necessary to complete the payment.
Xenifit is not designed to independently store users' full payment-card details. Such information is processed by the relevant payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Third-party services
Glute Academy may use third-party service providers to support technical infrastructure, user authentication, file and data storage, video delivery, payment processing, security and technical support.
These providers receive access only to information reasonably necessary to perform the relevant function.
Some providers may process information outside Canada, where the information may be subject to the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
5. Progress photos and progress information
Progress photos, body weight, measurements and workout history are used to provide progress-tracking functionality.
Users may delete individual progress photos through available platform features.
To request deletion of an account and associated personal information, contact xenifit.info@gmail.com.
We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or the protection of legitimate interests.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, operation of the account, performance of our obligations and compliance with applicable law.
When information is no longer required, it may be deleted or anonymized.
Backups may remain for a limited additional period as part of technical processes.
7. Cookies and local storage
The platform may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies required for authentication, session management, security, preferences and normal operation of the service.
If additional advertising or marketing tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Policy and applicable consent mechanisms may be updated.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
10. Users under 18
Glute Academy is intended for users aged 18 and over.
By creating an account or purchasing access, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

This Policy may be updated from time to time as the platform develops, service arrangements change or legal requirements evolve.
